Meet Me
I'm a wife and a momma of one beautiful daughter and a fur baby. When I'm not working from home as a chaos coordinator, you can find me sipping on green tea, listening to country music and podcasts on health and spirituality, eating healthy meals and working out, and planning spontaneous weekend getaways for my family.
With both a bachelor's and master's degree in Psychology, I am committed to supporting moms through every stage of their journey. My experience ensures that you receive thoughtful, holistic care and guidance tailored to your unique needs.

My Journey

My passion for health began during my teenage years as a competitive tennis player. However, it truly deepened
after the birth of my daughter in 2017, who spent time in the NICU due to newborn hypoglycemia. Around the
same period, my family faced several challenges, including losing my grandfather and then my father-in-law from stage 4 colon cancer. These events, coupled with untreated hormonal imbalances and vitamin
deficiencies, led to my postpartum anxiety diagnosis. This anxiety impacted my life significantly, causing panic
attacks, stomach issues, and other health problems.
During this challenging time, I left my career as a school-based family liaison in the mental health field to stay at
home with my daughter. While rewarding, this transition was also challenging, especially as we navigated her
struggles with colic. My ongoing battle with postpartum anxiety eventually led me to seek professional help.
For years, I prioritized my mental health, delaying the decision to try for a second child to ensure I could be the
best mother and wife possible. When we did decide to expand our family, we faced unexpected secondary
infertility. Shortly after, my beloved mother-in-law was diagnosed with ALS, and we lost her in April 2023.

Why I'm Here
Throughout my journey, I felt lost due to the lack of resources available and felt compelled to advocate for other women experiencing similar challenges. Seeking help from a naturopath to address the root causes of my postpartum anxiety, while also leaning on my faith, has been transformative.
Through all of the adversity in my life, I found the right resources and eventually began to focus on SIMPLE life changes and a more NATURAL lifestyle, which has had a huge impact on my life and overall well-being.

My goal is to use my education and life experiences to empower moms with simple, natural health tips and resources, helping you become the best parent you can be in this busy, modern world. I hope to inspire and encourage you to live your best, simplest life!
Xoxo,
Britt
