Meet Me
I'm a wife and a momma of one beautiful daughter and a fur baby. When I'm not working from home as a chaos coordinator, you can find me sipping on green tea, listening to country music and podcasts on health and spirituality, eating healthy meals and working out, and planning spontaneous weekend getaways for my family.
With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, I am committed to supporting moms through every stage of their journey. My education and experience equip me to provide thoughtful, holistic care and guidance tailored to your unique needs.

My Journey

My own mental health journey with anxiety took a deeper turn after my daughter was born in 2017 and required time in the NICU followed by prolonged struggles with Colic. During this challenging period, I experienced personal losses, including the passing of my grandfather and father-in-law due to cancer. In light of these experiences, I made the decision to leave my job in the school system to care for my daughter.

Over the next three years, I focused on prioritizing my mental health, postponing the decision to try for a second child to ensure I could be the best mother and wife for my family. When we finally decided to expand our family, we encountered unexpected secondary infertility. Shortly afterward, my cherished mother-in-law was diagnosed with ALS, and we sadly lost her in April 2023. During these life events, I was also dealing with untreated hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiencies that culminated in a diagnosis of postpartum anxiety. This anxiety led to serious health challenges, including weekly panic attacks.
Why I'm Here
As a first-time mom, I frequently found myself trapped in an anxious cycle, struggling with my experiences, and lacking the necessary support and resources. Eventually, I discovered the right guidance and began to implement simple life changes and adopt a more natural approach, which has profoundly affected my life and overall well-being. Seeking help from a naturopath and therapist to address the root causes of my postpartum anxiety, while also leaning on my faith, has truly been transformative. This shift has significantly improved my life and overall well-being, and I want the same for you.

My goal is to use my education and life experiences to empower moms with simple, natural health tips and resources, helping you become the best parent you can be in this busy, modern world. This journey has inspired me to advocate for other women who encounter similar challenges. I hope to encourage you to live your best, simplest life.
Xoxo,
Britt
