Why I Built This For You
I created this because I remember how confusing postpartum anxiety can feel. With my psychology background, perinatal mental health training, and lived experience, I wanted to offer simple, compassionate tools that actually make sense in real motherhood.
This isn’t about diagnosing yourself or becoming an expert. It’s about understanding your mental health with more clarity so you can get the right support — without overwhelm.
About Britt
Britt is the founder of Simply Holistic Motherhood — but long before she created this space, she was a mom who felt completely lost in her own postpartum anxiety. She didn’t have the right support, the right resources, or anyone who could explain why she felt so overwhelmed. Healing didn’t happen in six weeks. It took years of her own research, faith, trial and error, and finally connecting with the right providers and support system to figure out the root cause of her anxiety and where it was truly stemming from.
That journey is why she built this space.
She believes postpartum isn’t the first six weeks — it’s the first six years and beyond — and every mother deserves a place to begin, a place that feels safe, simple, and steady.
Her mission is to be that starting point. A liaison. A guide. A soft landing for moms who are trying to make sense of their anxiety and find their way back to themselves.
